Zero Tolerance Acceptable Behaviour Policy

Family Practitioners is committed to treating our staff in all of our interactions with respect and fairness and we expect that our patients will equally engage with our Team in this manner so that we have a safe and respectful environment for our staff and patients. As a responsible employer and service provider, Family Practitioners will take appropriate steps to protect its staff. We have the right to cancel an appointment and move a patient to a different practice in case of breaches of this policy. If a patient’s behaviour is of an unacceptable nature, we will contact HSE in order to remove patient from our care.
